This is registration and payment for the DEPOSIT OF 4 kids.  

Please remember we need the final count of kids by 3/1. We suggest putting an earlier RSVP date on your invites to allow enough time for this deadline date.

Sewing will be from 3-4pm then 20-30 minutes are reserved for food from 4-4:30pm. Unless weather is bad we will set up tables and chairs for you to do food outside on the covered front porch.

Doors are unlocked 5-10 minutes prior to party start as we may have a prior classes or events before this one. Thanks for your understanding.

DROP OFF RULE FOR GUESTS PARENTS: Please only 1-2 other adults attending (bday girls parent etc.) so we can eliminate extra people inside.  No younger siblings unless they are included in the party count.  We can't have babies/toddlers staying as the space is not safe for that. We can only allow for those in party count to be inside during the party. Thanks for understanding!

• Dulles Landing Shopping Center:  15 minutes away heading 50 East-(DSW, Michaels, WalMart, 5Below, HomeGoods, Dicks Sporting Goods, Dunkin Donuts)
• South Riding Shopping Center:  15 minutes away on the other side of Loudoun County Parkway heading 50 East (Moe's, Giant, Home Depot
• Town of Middleburg:  head 50 West 5-10 minutes (cute historic town with shops and restaurants)
• Wineries, Cider Barn and Quattro Gumbas Brewery/Winery!  50 West and Chrysalis are literally next door 2 minute drive and there are tons of other ones nearby with food etc.
• Hammerdown BBQ (8-10 minute drive head 50 west from studio)
• Mercer Antiques and La Selva Coffee Truck (30 second drive down the road in Aldie)
• Historic Aldie Mill offers free weekend tours seasonally only until 4pm  (30 second drive down the road in Aldie)
• Gum Springs Library (awesome library 10-12 minutes away in Stone Ridge right off of Rt. 50 heading East from the studio) 
• Gilberts Corner Roundabout-5 minutes away at the circle has weekend food vendors

This is payment for 10 Unicorn Painting Kits.  All supplies includes along with sample and some step by step photo Instructions.

Please remember that if a girl ends up not attending party day of we cannot offer refunds or credits.  Once you make payment we will begin preparing the kits and the sale is final.

This is balance payment for the 1 girl.  We will prep for 5 girls total!

Sewing will be from 11am-12:30pm. Then you are welcome to bring pizza, cupcakes etc. if wanted and food time is from 12:30-1pm. As far as we know no pizza place will deliver so most moms just run out during the party and bring the pizza back to have at 12:30pm. You are welcome to do that while we work with the girls. Closest pizza places are: 1. Vocellis and Ciros (Stone Ridge/Aldie) 2. Manhattan Pizza and Little Ceasars and Dominos (south riding)

This is payment for the balance of one girl.  We will be prepping for 9 girls total.

You are welcome to arrive no earlier than 10-15 minutes prior to party start. If you arrive earlier than the 10-15 minute prior time doors may be locked as we have prior parties/classes or may be setting up for your arrival.

Please remember to keep adults staying to very minimum (1-2 if possible) due to spacing issues and comfort and consentrations of the kiddos. Please no younger siblings unless they are included in party count.  Crafting will be from about 2-3pm and then 3-3:30pm is reserved for any food you would like to serve.

You are welcome to bring any cake or food wanted. We don't have a fridge so please pack accordingly with a cooler or what is needed.  Please bring your own utensils and food supplies etc.
